One of the strangest things I have possibly ever seen. I did actually believe that Calcutta had come to London when I was up there for a Uni interview in Goldsmiths College this week. Turned out it was some bins. Still... a great way to get people to clean up their act. Maybe Ceredigion isn't that different from LDN.

Dyma'r bins weles i pan on i lan yn Llundain yr wythnos ma, ffordd gret i gael pobl i taflu ei sbwriel i mewn i rhywbeth yn hytrach nag unrhywle.
